Packaging Items will be delivered in a smart presentation box. Pendants will come with a gold plated chain. The chain is intended for presentation only. When a solid gold chain is ordered, it will also be included in the package.

The Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service is used for UK destinations.

Delivery is free to all UK destinations.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes as all orders must be signed for.

Delivery times

Delivery to most UK mainland destinations will be 1 day from the time items are dispatched, not including weekends or bank holidays. Delivery time should be by 1.00 pm Orders will be normally be dispatched one day after the order has been confirmed, but may be dispatched on the same day depending the time of confirmation.

Additional time will be necessary for rural areas:

Mainland Scottish Highlands: Next working day by 5.30pm
Scottish islands: vary from, next day by 5.30pm, two working days and three working days, depending on location.

Please contact Ruby Mill if a specific carrier is preferred and, depending on the local availability of this carrier, a quote for delivery will be given. Otherwise other options will be given.

Charges outside the United Kingdom

Overseas customers should be aware of the costs involved when importing jewellery items.
Import duty and other taxes (VAT or GST) may be payable on the items and also on the freight and insurance. An agent’s fee may also apply. The final Landed Cost of the items may be substantially higher than the basic purchase price.

It is advisable to check with the customs office in your country to determine all charges that will apply and any formulae necessary to work out the total fee.
